About the "Ark"
Formed in June 2008, The Ark of Healing has over 15 years experience in the Healthcare trade, with the focus on providing Holistic Therapies to clients within the region.
The Ark delivers a comprehensive range of Complementary Therapy to the local community and businesses. Therapies are designed to treat Mind Body and Spirit. when the WHOLE SELF is relaxed, healing will take place. With private treatment rooms, the business has friendly therapists assisting you to Relax and Regenerate.
The Ark is managed by Karen Extance ( Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists) who has been involved in Holistic Therapies and the Customer Service industry for many years. Karen is qualified to oversee the Ark, having previously worked for Center Parcs (Notts), Princess and Seabourn cruise lines and Anglian Water.
Treatments at the Ark include Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Luxury Foot Therapy, Paraffin Wax Therapy, Thermal Stone Massage, Ear Candling, Reiki, Sports Massage, NLP, Swedish Massage, Baby Massage Tuition and Personal Training.
